初效过滤袋手动熔接机是焊接过滤袋片外型的专用机器，把过滤袋子放在机器的台板的制具上，沿着袋子的周边进行多次的焊接，这样一个袋子的外型就可以焊接出來，焊完后，对多余的材料进行修剪，这样一個袋子就制做好了，机器优点是制做少量的滤袋操作灵活。
The primary effect filter bag manual welding machine is a special machine for welding the shape of the filter bag. The filter bag is placed on the tools of the table board of the machine and welding  several times along the periphery of the bag, the shape of such a bag can be welded out, after welding, excess material pruning ,so a bag is made, machine advantage is to make a small amount of filter bag operation flexible.
